Today the pupils of Faughanvale P.S. reclaimed the school car parks and turned them into fun creative spaces as part of the Sustrans Feet First Families initiative.
The day began with all of our pupils and parents walking from the St. Mary's Gaelic Football pitch to the school. On arrival to the school the pupils were treated with drinks and refreshments.
It was a great opportunity to see what it would be like if we all travelled actively to school. We would like to thank Mrs Vowles Downey on coordinating today's successful event.
