The children enjoyed using a ruler to measure objects around the classroom. They know to start at 0cm when using a ruler. The boys and girls had fun measuring each other’s height and then ordering themselves from tallest to smallest. They also measured each child in the groups foot length and ordered from largest to smallest. Finally they measured everyone in the groups arm length and ordered from shortest to longest.
